A complete 3D printed model of an LMS 20T brake van.
As standard this comes as an unpainted resin model, which is ready to run with a few minor parts for assembly. The brake gear is made from a more flexible resin to try and make it more resistant to the inevitable handling errors.
Highly detailed model of this rare variant of the 20T brake van. If your magnifying glass is good enough you will be able to read the 'On' letters and the arrow on the top of the handbrake wheel! On the guard's desk is the correct size LMS log book with the pages curved to show the radius of a hardback book open flat. Even the raised letters on the build plate are legible. If you wish to order multiples or you want a different number on the brake van, we can change the build plate details for a small extra fee.
The oil lamp above the guard's desk can be made to work and for an extra £10 we can supply the extra resistors, capacitor and diodes for you to make your own bridge rectifying and stay alive to illuminate the desk lamp from the roller bearings. Yes - this model has roller bearing to give it low rolling resistance. Sprung buffers, sprung drawer hooks and even the bolts are tightened so that the nuts are in different positions to reflect real life.
